74th Academy Awards


March 24th 2002
The 74th Academy Awards were held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles California.  The big winner was "A Beautiful Mind" which won four awards :
(Best Picture and Best Director for Ron Howard, Jennifer Connolly for Best Supporting Actress and Adapted Screenplay).  


Halle Berry was the winner for Best Actress for her role in "Monsters Ball" while Denzel Washington took home Best Actor for "Training Day".
