"Jack's Toothache"
Jack has a toothache, so he consults with Dr. Frank Nelson, a painless (?) dentist. When Dr. Nelson gives him gas, Jack has a most unusual dream. He dreams that he's become Carmichael the bear, and even Fred Allen haunts him. (Fred is impersonated by Peter Lind Hayes)
